Just across town.

We moved! We are partnering with our church, Bridge, in the mission to see “no more inner city through the involvement of caring people in the lives of children, youth, and families in under resourced areas.” We are living in a single-family house, bought and renovated by the Abide Network, in North Omaha. We are excited to experience more of God’s story through our time here, knowing and loving our new neighbors.

They have done incredible work on the home. We still can’t believe we get to live in such a beautiful place. After a few years without a washer/dryer and dishwasher, I’m sure feeling spoiled with all three! We are sandwiched between a high school and elementary, close enough to hear the practice whistles and marching band. Our neighbors are wonderful. We are thrilled.

Here’s a little peak inside our new abode.

Caleb made this bed for us two years ago. It’s still my favorite.

We are getting settled–unpacking boxes[slowly but surely], purging, shifting, etc. It’s starting to feel like home.
